Please include all items you wish to sell, including beverages. Products sold by vendors will be restricted to items listed below. Vendors are not permitted to solicit or demonstrate for sales outside their allotted space without consent from show management.

Concession Fees:

A $300.00 + GST non-refundable deposit is required with application.

Electrical Requirements - all of our venues have different set ups for electrical. If you need it, please check your applicable box below and we will contact you with details and pricing.

Rules & Regulations

  1. This application form must be completed by any food truck operator who wishes to apply for approval to sell food or non-alcoholic beverages at any event produced by LegendWorks Events Inc. It is the responsibility of the operator to submit this application form and agreement a minimum of four weeks prior to the event date.
  2. All products being sold must be pre-approved by the Show Management. Approvals and conditions will be confirmed by LegendWorks Events Inc. via email within 2 weeks of application submission. Please ensure your email address above is listed clearly and accurately.
  3. Food trucks must also submit a copy of their Business Licence and a copy of their Alberta Health Services (AHS) inspection approval or decal number. All operators are subject to approval by LegendWorks Events and AHS and SK Health Services when applicable. All information must be received by LegendWorks Events Inc. four weeks prior to event date.
  4. Operators and Show Managers must comply with all health and sanitation practices as legally mandated by AHS and SK Health Services when applicable. Food Trucks are subject to inspections by environmental health officers at any time.   5. Operator and Show Managers are responsible for meeting safety standards in regard to electrical, HVAC and/or plumbing and gas codes where applicable. Residential and/or non-CSA approved appliances may not be used unless approved in advance. AHS, SK Health Services when applicable and the Local Fire Department may conduct inspections at any time.
  6. LegendWorks Events Inc. reserves the right to not approve any menu items that compete with other food service offering.
Show Hours (Public Access):
Concession stands must be staffed at all times during the hours of operation. Hours are subject to change without notice.
Note: All vehicles must be off the grounds one hour prior to show opening.

Concession Move-In:
▪ Friday - 9:00am – 2:00pm
Concession Move-Out:

This will be strictly enforced!

Terms

  1. Set Up/Take Down: Set up is between 9:00am – 2:00pm on the first day of the event. The event starts at 4:00pm. Take down can begin once the event has concluded.
  2. Payments: No space will be held without completed license agreement and full payment. There will be no refunds for cancellations and no refunds for inclement weather. Vendors will NOT be required to report their sales.
    1. Insurance (Public Liability): Vendors must provide proof of at least $2,000,000 public liability insurance. A copy of insurance certificate, naming the Venue as an insured party must be sent with your signed agreement. Neither the Venue nor the Town will accept responsibility for injury, loss of or damage to products, exhibits, concessions or equipment by fire accident, theft, or any other cause, during the event, move in or move out. The Concessionaire or Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining any/all insurance related to their participation in the event.
    2. Health & Safety: All vendors are required to complete a food facilities registration form supplied by Provincial Health Services (if applicable). Completed forms will be required no later than 8 weeks prior to show date.  Vendors must comply with all Provincial Health Services regulations. Any vendor in non-compliance with the Provincial Health Services regulations will be asked to rectify the issue, failure to do so will result in immediate closure. No alcoholic beverages allowed unless approved by show management.
